HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS FIXTURE?
Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.rhinosnetball.co.uk up until Thursday 26th March at 5pm. Alternatively, 
tickets can be purchased by calling Leeds Rhinos Ticket Office on 0371 423 1315 (10am-4pm, Monday – Friday,
excluding Bank Holidays). 
Tickets will be available to purchase at the venue on the day of the fixture via card or contactless payment methods 
only (subject to availability)

SEATING
Tickets at Canon Medical Arena are reserved seats which are allocated at the time of purchase. We ask all fans to 
sit in their allocated seat for the duration of the event, which is detailed on their ticket. Any questions should be 
directed to rhinosnetball@therhinos.co.uk. Volunteers will be on hand to direct individuals and groups to the 
relevant seating areas.

ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Fans requiring accessibility support at the venue can contact rhinosnetball@therhinos.co.uk in advance of the 
fixture or make themselves known to a volunteer at the ticket desk on arrival who will support with accessing the 
venue.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?
Access to the venue is via the main entrance. Doors will open at 4.00pm for fans. Fans should go to the ticket desk 
on arrival, where their tickets will be scanned. 

WHAT IS ON BEFORE THE NETBALL SUPER LEAGUE GAME?
Prior to the Netball Super League fixture, Leeds Rhinos NXT Gen squad will play the respective NXT Gen team from 
the visiting franchise. Access to this fixture is included in your ticket*. 
*No access is permitted to watch the NXT Gen game without a match ticket for the NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball 
Super League match.

As we build up to first-centre pass for this Netball Super League Fixture, fans can visit our fanzone to:
• Grab a selfie with everyone’s favourite mascot Ronnie the Rhino
• Create your own netball sign to take into the arena, the best sign on the night wins a prize so bring the 
creativity

This isn’t just a night of netball - You will rave. You will sing Pink Pony Club at the top of your voices. You will be up 
on your feet dancing.

CAN I MOVE AROUND THE VENUE?
Fans will be directed to seating areas by volunteers. During the game we ask that fans remain in their seats and 
away from the field of play.

MERCHANDISE
We will have a small range of merchandise available for fans to purchase at the venue – this is available using 
contactless payment only.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Blue and Amber - if you’re supporting Leeds Rhinos of course!

DIGITAL TICKETS
Tickets for NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball will be issued via RhinosTix, Leeds Rhinos new ticketing app no later than 7 
days before the game. Your ticket will automatically download when you log in using your email address that was 
used to purchase tickets.

On the morning of the game, your QR code will activate. Please open this before entering the venue. Your ticket will 
then be scanned by Leeds Rhinos staff at the ticket desk. If you have more than one ticket, you will be able to swipe 
to each ticket for scanning.

We do understand that not everyone will be able to access RhinosTix so should you require assistance please 
email tickets@therhinos.co.uk. 

If you are bringing a large group and would like to print your tickets out before attending the game to distribute, 
please email rhinosnetball@therhinos.co.uk and we will action this for you. 
You will receive notification when these will be available to download as a single file to print off from your online 
account at tickets.rhinosnetball.co.uk. Your tickets will then be scanned by Leeds Rhinos staff at the ticket desk 
before entering.

TRAVELLING TO THE VENUE
Full venue address – Canon Medical Arena, Worksop Road, Sheffield, S9 3TL
Canon Medical is easily accessible via public transport. Fans can take the Sheffield Supertram Yellow Line 
from either Meadowhall or Sheffield City Centre to Attercliffe with a short 5min walk to the venue. However
you choose to travel to the venue please do so safely and where possible sustainably. 

PARKING
Car Parking is available on-site. It is operated by a third party and charged at £5 per vehicle (cash and card 
payments accepted), payments should be made to stewards on arrival. Parking is available for minibuses at this 
car park on a first come first served basis. 
Fans are unable to pre-book parking for this event.
Disabled parking is available on a first come first served basis for blue badge holders.

FOOD & DRINK
Canon Medical Arena has a number of concessions open to fans throughout the event, serving a selection of hot 
and cold snacks, soft drinks and alcohol via cash and card payment.
Fans are not permitted to bring their own food and drinks to the venue for consumption. 
We ask that all fans respect the venue and use the rubbish bins provided. 

CAN I BRING A BAG?
Canon Medical Arena does not have a cloakroom or storage facility on site. Backpacks, holdalls, suitcases and any 
bag larger than an A4 piece of paper are not allowed in the venue. Bag searches may take place on arrival at the 
venue.
Fans with accessible and medical requirements/equipment will be considered on an individual basis but are 
encouraged to contact Leeds Rhinos in advance for ease of entry at rhinosnetball@therhinos.co.uk. 

SMOKING
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted in the venue. Anyone wishing to smoke or vape should do so 
outside the venue.

RESPECT OUR STAFF
We ask that all visitors to the venue treat staff, officials and volunteers with respect and patience. NIC Leeds 
Rhinos Netball staff have the right to remove any fan who they believe is acting inappropriately so please be kind.

BROADCAST
This fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports YouTube for UK viewers and Netball Pass for international audiences.
