2025 Netball Super League fixtures revealed

NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball will begin their 2025 Netball Super League campaign hosting new franchise Birmingham Panthers at the Canon Medical Arena in Sheffield on Friday 14th March.

In 2025 Liana Leota’s team will be playing their home games at two major venues in Yorkshire, including the state of the art facility at Canon Medical Arena and two games will be played at Leeds’ biggest indoor venue, the first direct Arena.

The move to playing extra games at these bigger venues means more fans will be able to watch the NIC Rhinos in action in 2025, with a continued commitment to expanding the game across the county and making it accessible for fans.

Reigning Netball Super League champions Loughborough Lightning will be the first opponents at the first direct Arena on 30th March, before Northern rivals and the 2024 runners-up Manchester Thunder visit the city for a must-see game in May.

Fans will get the chance to see the new look Pulse side on 4th April and later in the month league newcomers  Nottingham Forest Netball will visit the Cannon Medical Arena followed by London Mavericks in May.

The final home game of the season will be back in Sheffield against Lexis Nexis Cardiff Dragons.

Speaking about the upcoming season, NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball’s Franchise Director, Dan Busfield said: “This is a huge season for our sport and we are proud to be back playing in what we anticipate to be a very competitive season.

“As a franchise that has only been around for four seasons, we have been overwhelmed by how much our supporter base has grown in that time.  We have a real community of fans who feel connected with our club and play a massive part in creating the unique match day atmosphere at our games.

“We are delighted to be taking more games to the first direct Arena next season, which will help with our ambitions to create big game events and attract new fans.  The rest of our games will be played at the fantastic Canon Medical Arena, which again is an increased capacity with excellent facilities.  We have played in Sheffield since our second season and have built a strong fanbase in that area and our team always enjoys playing in the city.

“We have a great squad for the 2025 season and the players are already back in preparing for the new campaign and we are all looking forward to the era for Netball Super League getting underway.”
