Fan Information - Rhinos v Mavericks

It's the big one this Sunday as Leeds Rhinos Netball head back to he first direct Arena to play in front of a huge Yorkshire crowd against Saracens Mavericks in the Netball Super League, FCP 4pm (doors open 2.30pm)
HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
Tickets can be purchased online at by clicking here up until 2.30pm on Sunday 16th April (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can visit tickets.rhinosnetball.co.uk and click the link for first direct Arena Tickets under HOME GAMES.
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ON MATCHDAY?
At the Box Office: Fans can purchase tickets at the First Direct Arena Box Office from 1.30pm-4.15pm on Sunday 16th April (subject to availability). Payment is available by credit or debit card only. Contactless payments and cash are not accepted as payment at the Box Office.

Ticket Prices: Tickets are priced at £19.95 for Adults (including senior citizens and students) and £14.95 for Juniors (16 & under).
All bookings are subject to booking & transaction fees. Babes in arms are welcome without a ticket, however we recommend ear defenders are worn.
SEATING
Seating at the First Direct Arena is allocated and is chosen by fans upon purchasing. We ask that all fans sit in their allocated seat for the duration of the event which is detailed on their match ticket. Any questions should be directed to rhinosnetball@therhinos.co.uk.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?
Access to the venue is via the fans entrance at the front of the arena. Doors will open at 2.30pm to fans who will need to present their ticket in order to access the venue. If you have not received your tickets for the event, please contact rhinosnetball@therhinos.co.uk.
WHAT IS ON BEFORE THE NETBALL SUPER LEAGUE GAME?
Fans can enjoy a range of pre-match activities including face painting, buskers, a DJ set by award winning DJ Mystikle Blue as well as an on-court exhibition match from Leeds Rhinos PDP Athletes.
Please be aware we can only allow access to view the exhibition match to those who hold a valid Rhinos Netball v Saracens Mavericks ticket.
CAN I MOVE AROUND THE VENUE?
Fans have been allocated a seat, which is detailed on your ticket. We ask all fans to use their allocated seat for the duration of the event when in the seated area. Food and drink concessions are available around the venue for fans to use during the event and access to these will be available throughout.

FOOD & DRINK
The First Direct Arena has a number of concessions that will be open to fans on match day. The concessions serve a variety of drinks (soft drinks & alcohol) and snacks. Fans are not permitted to bring their own food and drinks into the arena and bags will be searched on entry to the venue. The concessions will accept payment by credit / debit card or smartphone only. Please do not bring cash.
MERCHANDISE
We will have a small range of merchandise available for fans to purchase at the venue – this is available using contactless payment only.
MATCH DAY PROGRAMMES / TEAMSHEETS
A souvenir programme will be available to purchase from the merchandise units on the day of the game for £4. All up to date team news will be available via www.netball.therhinos.co.uk or via our social channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
CAN I BRING A BAG?
The First Direct Arena does not have a cloakroom or storage facility on site. Backpacks, holdalls, suitcases and any bag larger than 35cm(w) x 40cm(h) x 19cm(d) are not allowed in the venue.
Fans with accessible and medical requirements/equipment will be considered on an individual basis but encouraged to contact the venue in advance for ease of entry.
All remaining bags will be searched. All attendees will be asked to pass through a metal detector before entering the venue.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Something Blue and Amber of course!
SMOKING
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted in the venue. Anyone wishing to smoke or vape should do so outside the venue.
CLEANING
Please ensure you continue to wash your hands regularly, and/or use the hand sanitizer provided.
Leeds Rhinos will work with venue staff to continue to undertake cleaning of all public spaces including concessions and toilets throughout match day.
RESPECT OUR STAFF
We ask that all visitors to the venue treat staff, officials and volunteers with respect and patience. Leeds Rhinos Netball staff and First Direct Arena staff have the right to remove any spectator who they believe is acting inappropriately so please be kind.
BROADCAST
This fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports YouTube from 4pm.
